Digital Goods

• **Delivered** digital goods (API keys, accounts, download links, etc.) are generally **non-refundable**. Please read product details before purchase.
• If a product **does not work** due to our fault (invalid key, major mismatch with description), contact us within **7 days** with your order ID for replacement or refund after verification.

Custom Services

• Custom projects follow mutually agreed scope and pricing.
• Full refund if work has not started.
• Partial refunds for in-progress work are prorated by completion.

Payment Issues

• Duplicate charges or paid orders not created: keep proof and contact support. We aim to resolve within **3–7 business days**.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Wrong email/contact provided by buyer (we can resend where possible)
• Account suspended for Terms violations
• Digital goods used normally beyond 7 days without quality issues
